Here is a little article that was just published in the Whistler Question about a cool project I am fortunate enough to be involved in this summer. I am joining a group of artists on a sailing trip up along the proposed freighter route through the Great Bear Rainforest to transport our crude oil along our coastline and over to China and the States. The are up there is so fragile and so beautiful that we need to stop this project from happening.
We have already polluted our oceans with radioactive waste from Japan's reactor leak... the last thing we need is to kill everything else over here with an oil spill 5 times bigger than Exxon Valdez!
I'll keep you informed as the project moves along so keep you eyes peeled here as well as doing your own research as to how you can help protect our extremely fragile environment.
