Burnaby Narrows is one of the richest intertidal zones in the world. Situated in Southern Haida Gwaii BC. I had the pleasure of going on the Maple Leaf, a 92 foot, 108 year old wooden tall ship for a week to travel to this area to jump in the water and seek out my inspiration for this piece.
